Founder and Chief Diplomat

Experience built since 2015
Before I founded the Corporate Innovation Embassy, I worked for 9 years in large production companies. I always saw the same pattern: the board bought expensive software, and employees used paper notebooks anyway because the system was too hard. I decided to change that. Since 2015, I have helped 47 Polish companies stop fighting technology and start simply using it for daily work.
My approach is process diplomacy. I don't barge into a company and demand everything be thrown away. We respect old rules because they often work best. If your warehouse system is 15 years old but works stably, I won't urge you to replace it. I'll look for a way to cleverly connect it with newer tools without breaking what works. (To be honest, sometimes the best solution is simply adding one small feature instead of buying an entire package for tens of thousands of zlotys).
Concrete results instead of theory
Last year, I worked with a transport company near Poznań. They had 83 drivers and huge mess in settlement of delegations. Instead of implementing a complicated ERP system, we created a simple form that works on every phone. We shortened the approval time of a request from 4 days to 1.5 days. This is technology the human way – a solution that doesn't hurt and that everyone understands after 15 minutes of explanation.
My task at the Corporate Innovation Embassy is to ensure that IT doesn't become more important than people. I manage a team of 5 specialists, but I always participate in the first talks with a client. I believe peace in the company is worth more than the most expensive license in the world. The average time I prepare the first outline of a corrective plan for your company is 3.2 working days.
After hours, I mostly escape to a plot near Swarzędz or fix old mechanical clocks. This teaches patience and precision, which I then use in auditing IT systems. If you're looking for someone who won't bury you in difficult words, but will sit at the table and talk about how to make your people's work easier, feel free to contact me.
