Who manages your data?

The personal data administrator on this site is the Corporate Innovation Embassy with headquarters in Poznań at 42 Półwiejska St. We are a small team of exactly 7 people. Since 2016, we have been helping Polish companies bring order to their documents, which is why we also keep our own databases tidy. Your data will not go to any external trading companies or large marketing corporations. We treat your privacy as we would want our own to be treated – fairly and without unnecessary fuss. If you have any questions regarding how we store your name or email, you can write directly to us at biuro@ambasada-innowacji.pl. Marek or Daria will reply to your message within a maximum of 4 business hours.

What information do we collect and why?

We only collect the information we need for reliable work. When you use our contact form, we ask for your name and email address. We do this to prepare an audit quote within 24h or to arrange the promised 20-minute phone call. If you provide us with your number, we will call to clarify the details of your office process. Our system also records standard technical data, like IP address or browser type. This helps us keep the site running efficiently so the document search system works in 14 seconds, as we promise in our offers. We do not use any hidden mechanisms to track your private choices. We are only interested in the facts needed to improve work in your office.

Retention time and your rights

We keep your data with us for as short a time as possible. If you ask for an offer but do not decide on cooperation, we delete your messages after 11 months. If, however, you become one of our 83 active clients, we store the data for the entire duration of the contract and for the period required by tax regulations, which is usually 5 years from issuing an audit invoice worth 1450 PLN. At any time, you have the right to request access to your data, its correction, or complete deletion. We respect the old rules of fair trade, so we don't make any problems with this. Just one short email to biuro@ambasada-innowacji.pl is enough. We perform all operations in accordance with the European GDPR regulation, ensuring that technology the human way protects your interests.

Cookies and site security

We use small text files called cookies so our site correctly remembers your settings. Thanks to this, the ROI calculator works smoothly and forms do not disappear after the page is refreshed. We also use basic analytical tools to know which of our advice on office processes you read most willingly. All this information is anonymous. We do not connect the IP number with a specific person without a clear technical need. Our server is regularly updated and secured because we know that data security is the basis of trust in business. To be honest, we prefer to spend time on actually improving our clients' companies than on collecting unnecessary statistics, which is why we limit cookies to the necessary minimum.
