Rules of Service Use and Collaboration

This document specifies the rules on which the Corporate Innovation Embassy makes the content of its site available. We are a small team consisting of 7 people. We have been operating in Poznań at 42 Półwiejska St. since 2016. When you browse our articles on digitalization or use the ROI calculator, you agree to these rules. We don't write them in difficult language because we respect your time and concrete work. We want everything to be clear from the very beginning, without legal babble.

If any provision raises your doubts, write straight to Marek at biuro@ambasada-innowacji.pl. We will reply to the message within 4 business hours. Our site is meant to help bring order to your office, not add unnecessary reading. All information contained herein serves to better understand how our process diplomacy can work for your company. We respect the old rules of honest business, so we play with open cards.

All content on this site is our property. This applies to descriptions of our 4 main services and articles about Excel errors. You can freely read them and draw conclusions for your enterprise. However, we do not allow copying entire texts and publishing them under another name. Daria and Bartosz spend a lot of energy describing real cases from our 37 implementations from the last year. Let's respect each other's work.

Also remember that our calculator only gives approximate numbers. We will prepare a real implementation quote only after a short audit of your documents. This is an important security measure for both sides. We want to avoid mistakes that could cost your company real money when changing systems. If you want to share our knowledge with employees, simply send them a link to a specific post on our blog. It's the simplest and most honest method of passing information.

When you decide on a Diplomatic Audit for 1450 PLN, you send us a request via the form. We will call or write back within 24h to confirm the visit date to your office. We don't hide any additional costs under asterisks. The price you see in the collaboration plans is final for the given scope of work. If your company needs permanent process care, we will establish the terms in a separate agreement after completing the first stage of work.

This means you pay for concrete results, such as shortening the invoice search time to 14 seconds. We don't push for unnecessary work hours or expensive equipment your people don't need. Most of our 83 active clients appreciate precisely that we don't change our minds during the job. If we agree on a specific amount for organizing the archive, that amount appears on the final invoice. This is the foundation of our trust.

We take care of what you pass to us during conversations. When you enter data into the contact form, it lands in a secure system to which only our team has access. We do not sell your phone number or email address to any external entities. We use it exclusively to conduct the promised 20-minute conversation with you about processes in your office. We will not harass you with unwanted offers every day.

If you decide that you do not want to cooperate with us, your request will be removed from our database after 11 months. We want you to feel comfortable here. We know that trust is built for years, and it can be lost with one stupid decision. That's why at the Corporate Innovation Embassy, we focus on clear procedures and technology the human way. We do everything according to the law and with respect for your privacy, as our Poznań tradition of solid and reliable work teaches us.
